Meet the founder
Paul Crosby founded mtn tax search because he recognized a gap in the recruiting industry: few firms specialized in tax-focused recruitment. Most recruiting firms target a wide range of fields, often relegating tax searches to the bottom of their priority list due to their complexity.
Perhaps a glutton for punishment, Paul and his team thrive on this challenge. He has 15+ years of experience and is supported by two experienced recruiters .
He graduated from the University of Southern California and lives with his family in Vancouver, Washington.
